Bodega Auta is a small family-run winery in Tiagua, inland Lanzarote, that sells its wine directly. It describes itself as wine born between lava and wind: grapes from a volcanic landscape where the trade winds shape the year's work. Very little is published about varieties, ageing or volumes, so arrive without expecting a wine list. What does come across is the scale: a village bodega with short production, Canarian heritage as its reference point and a declared style of its own. For wine travellers this is not a large facility with staged tastings; it is a small direct-sale winery, and any visit has to be arranged beforehand. Instagram is its only visible channel and the account is not very active, so message first to check that someone is there, that there is wine, and whether tasting is possible. If you want the full tourist circuit, skip it; if small-scale family wine interests you, the detour to Tiagua is worth it.
