Data processed: what users send voluntarily by email, and technical data from the visit (IP address, browser and pages requested) kept in server logs.

Purpose: to answer queries and corrections, and to keep the site secure and running.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to those who write and in protecting the service, plus consent where the query requires it.

Retention: as long as needed to answer the query and, afterwards, as required by law. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

Recipients: the hosting provider and the analytics provider, acting as processors. No data is shared with third parties except where legally required.

Rights: users may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@estudiodos.es, and may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This site has no user accounts and no comments, and does not collect data from minors.
